Account Manager – RCM (8-12 years of experience)

8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing. Minimum 1 year of experience as Account Manager Strong experience in AR, Denial Management, Billing, and Payment Posting. Work From Office (WFO) is mandatory

Manage end-to-end RCM operations for assigned client accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Monitor account performance, productivity, quality, SLA, and financial KPIs. Conduct regular client reviews and provide performance reports and business updates. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with internal teams such as AR, Billing, Coding, Payment Posting, and Denial Management. Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution. Drive process improvements to improve collections, reduce denials, and enhance overall account performance. Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports to clients and management. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and client-specific requirements. Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve business and client objectives. Participate in transition, implementation, and process improvement initiatives. Proven experience in client handling, escalations, KPI/SLA management, and team coordination.

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Excellent Written and oral communications skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Good typing speed
