Senior Team Leader- RCM / Us healthcare/ Physician billing

10 years leading both Non-Voice and Voice RCM roles. Please Note: MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LEADING END TO END RCM PROCESS.

• Lead and manage RCM team operations • Hands-on experience in Charge Posting, Payment Posting, AR Analyst, and AR Caller • Handle escalations and drive process improvements • Ensure daily KPIs, QA, and productivity targets are met • Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team • Oversee charge entry, billing, payment posting, and AR follow-up • Manage client communications and ensure satisfaction • Connect people, processes, and purpose across functions • Drive sustainable growth and transformation • Balance technology and data with human side of change • Manage staffing, and resource allocation • Reporting to senior leadership

Graduate in any stream

Excellent Written and oral communications skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Good typing speed
